About Encore Video ... Encore (our trading name) operates in the specialist wedding services marketplace providing customers with real quality in both photography and video. We started in the wedding video business in April 2002 (Encore Video) and began wedding photography (Encore Digital) in May 2005. Our business strategy is simple and so far very successful:- "Quality always comes first - but value for money should be a close second." About Us No matter what you're buying, it's always good to know a bit about the people you're dealing with. Encore is a long established small family business, with three family members providing a range of expertise in photography, photo editing, filming and video editing. Individually, we do other things apart from wedding photography and video and we have related interests in and within other areas and other companies and establishments:- Eric Norris Eric established one of the first companies in the UK to sell digital music and video computer technology to small businesses in the creative industries, (Mac Music & Video, est. 1994, now part of Sound Control Music Stores) and he continues to act as a technical consultant to many small businesses in the creative industries sector. In addition to his work at Encore, Eric is also a Lecturer in Media Production at Strathclyde University in Glasgow where he instructs students in a range of creative media modules including photography and video production. Graeme Norris Apart from his involvement with Encore, Graeme runs a successful independent video and music production company operating in the creative industries: Stooshie Productions. For Encore, Graeme carries out video camera operation, video editing and sound recording and editing. He graduated from Abertay University in Dundee with a BSc in Creative Sound Production. Sheena Norris Sheena is an accomplished photographer and videographer and concentrates her talents on her involvement with Encore. Sheena has studied both photography and videography as part of her Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Media Technology at Cumbernauld College and also in her HND in Television Operations and Production at North Glasgow College
